Yeti would be an interesting idea - can see how those brands would line up nicely.
definitely their one path out of this is to do more with less. they don't have the balance sheet to do the marketing they claim is so effective. don't really see how they fix that without a pretty significant equity offering, and a sale is going to be pretty tough given the debt.
I'm not really convinced this management team has that in them.
Traeger needs some strategic partnerships, like with Yeti for example if they can pull it off.
