I'm an Australian who sends money to contractors in South Africa and Philippines . . . and receives USD payments from international clients. Wise is fantastic. I've used them for some years, and costs are low, communications are excellent, and the platform is simple. I wish them all success.
I used the service for good few years and still it is the preferred service. I bought and then sold the shares as it kinda started to nose dive. There was some talk on banks are muscling in to make their service cheaper. Looking for entry again.
Also just used it 1 hour ago to send some money to India. It was transferred instantly, amazing. Just do not know when the shares of this will pick up.
There is so much innovation in this space, investors are having trouble picking the next winner. In my opinion, Western Union is dead in the water and Paypal is overvalued. Wise has potential to disrupt. I'm considering going bigger on Wise. Need to do more thinking.
